When you contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details, location and what your enquiry is about.

Where we go on to provide support, we hold the support records needed to deliver it safely and reliably: the initial home visit notes, the support plan, visit records and emergency contact details. We hold only the limited information about someone's circumstances that is necessary to support them well.

To respond to enquiries, to agree and provide support, to meet our legal obligations, to manage staff and recruitment, and to investigate concerns or complaints.

Our lawful bases are usually contract, legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations; where we hold any sensitive information, we do so only with an appropriate additional condition, such as your explicit consent.

Only where necessary: with the family or emergency contacts you have told us about, with emergency services, with another organisation supporting you where you have asked us to coordinate, or where we are required to share information by law or to protect an adult at risk.

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and for a short period afterwards. Support records are retained for a defined period after support ends, in line with our retention schedule.

You have the right to access your information, to have inaccuracies corrected, and in some circumstances to request erasure or restriction, and to object to processing.
