Wellbeing Visits & Reassurance
A short, regular visit so someone reliable is checking in and staying in touch.
A wellbeing visit is a short, friendly call to see that all is well: a chat, a drink made, the post opened, the heating checked and anything worrying passed on to the family contact the same day.
These visits are social and practical rather than clinical. We do not carry out health checks, observations or symptom monitoring — if we are ever concerned, we contact the family and, where needed, the relevant health service.
Who this suits
- Families who want reassurance between their own visits
- Clients who like the reliability of a familiar daily or weekly call
What this does not include
- No personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing or toileting
- No administering or managing of medicines
- No nursing, clinical tasks, treatment or health monitoring
- No support that requires registration with the Care Quality Commission

We will listen first, then build an arrangement around the person — not the other way round.
